Flaxseeds (soaked overnight)- 1 tsp

Lemon (juiced)- 1

Honey- 1 tsp

Method:

1. Heat water and add pre-soaked flaxseeds to it.

2. Stir well and let it sit until the water has a gel-like consistency.

3. Strain the water and if you don’t mind a little crunch in it then you can simply pour it as is.

4. Add lemon and honey.

5. Stir well and consume first thing in the morning.
